of Training Tip with Mrs Cynthia Sheerman

Retire? I'm going to stay in show business until I'm the only one left. George Burns at age 90

 Tip for Week 7

Mrs Cynthis Sheerman renowned for her success in the Private Drive Ring with Randems and Tandems at 82 "young" she is the longest continuous BDS competitor in the UK today, and has never been known to miss a Smiths Lawn Show ,also she tells me she has no intentions of ever giving up . Mrs Sheerman still has a Brookfield Hackney which she purchased from the late Joey Peters 29 years ago and with him she owes much of her many years of success, he being her ever reliable tandem leader. along with Nork Golddust whom sadly passed away last year aged 35

Cynthia's Training tip this week is:

"When considering the purchase of your tandem leader, not only must he be the brightest, best actioned most forward going one of the pair, the main criteria must be his 100% reliability in harness with a bold charater and nerves of steel, you definately don't ever want to be in the situation where he might whip round on you in harness.".
